Job Description
The Marketing & Event Coordinator (Iberia) is a position integrated in the Marketing Operational team, part of the Marketing Operations and Business Excellence Unit, that provides support and service to the Iberia organization and across all the business unit and areas.
As an Iberian position, it's mandatory to this person to speak native Portuguese and be fluent in English and in Spanish.
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Event Coordinator to join our team.
As the Marketing & Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following :
- Ensure translation and localization of promotional materials : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to accurately translate and localize promotional materials such as brochures, website content, and advertisements to reach target audiences effectively.
- Lead PR and event organization : Develop and execute public relations and event strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
This includes planning and coordinating press releases, media relations, conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events.
Collaborate with local BUD, commercial, and technical teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective promotional communication strategies.
This entails understanding business objectives, identifying target audiences, and developing messaging that aligns with the broader marketing strategy.
- Support the development of promotional materials : Assist in the creation and development of compelling marketing materials, including content for digital and traditional advertising channels, sales collateral, presentations, and other promotional assets.
- Coordinate advertising activities : Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate advertising activities for the regional business unit.
This includes media planning, creative development, campaign execution, and performance analysis..
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing and communications roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Mandatory : Native Portuguese. Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing tools and technologies, including content management systems and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- 20% travelling
