Tasks
- Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company
- Qualifying potential customers
- Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress toward meeting sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Develop and maintain documentation

Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese language
- Working proficiency in English and / or Spanish
- Experience working in a B2B environment
- Good knowledge of Office tools, Teams, etc
- A Person with a certain commercial vocation, open-minded nature
- Working hours : Monday - Friday from 9 : 00h to 14 : 00h (max 25h)
