In close coordination with marketing, sales and global technical teams, develops and implements the technical and scientific strategy which includes developing the best solutions for the customer, creating useful services to improve animal health and welfare, and applying scientific knowledge to field to support business.
The person must be Spain based.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate the portfolio technical features and benefits into value for the customer
- Provide the specific and adapted support and training for marketing and sales.
- In depth-knowledge of products and technologies (that are evolving to more high-tech) and developing new services (data, in-farm monitoring, etc)
- Ensure updated knowledge of laboratory techniques available to support products portfolio and customers
- Ensure regular contact with Academia and KOLs. KOL Management resources management.
- Ensure high level scientific support to customers
- Contribute to increase the portfolio knowledge and characterization through participation and development of post-authorization studies, and publication of the obtained results.
- Provide actionable insights over data analytics major cross collaboration with data analysts
- Actively participation in pharmacovigilance activities
- Keep up to date with latest scientific developments relative to business needs
- Reinforce omnichannel strategic plans together with the different departments of the Business Unit (MKT + Commercial + Technical).
- Integration / digitization of systems (MAXX / Veeva, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, CEA Dashboard).
- Collaborate and work in coordination with regional and global technical teams as well as R&D teams to develop technical strategies
REQUIREMENTS
- Science University Degree (degree in veterinary science preferable).
- Post-graduated or PhD desired
- Proficient in English & Spanish
- 3-4 years of professional experience (or Post-graduated / PhD master)
- Previous poultry experience is a plus.
