The Team : Sustainability Benchmarking Services supports corporates to better understand their ESG performance compared to their peers, through a broad range of products and services.
Private Markets have been a growing group of clients with specific needs. A small group within the Sustainability Benchmarking Services team will focus on developing new services and serving our growing pool of clients in this field.
The Impact : In this role you will be responsible for managing the internal processes around Private Markets services. You will also be the first point of contact for organizational questions from our clients.
Together with the team you will be responsible for an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities :
- Play a key role in the enhancement, coordination and documentation of internal processes and operations
- Take a leading role in workflows with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage clients from onboarding until delivery
- Support in preparing presentations and reports
- Administration and processing client requests
- Keeping the CRM up to date
- Maintain files, records and calendars
- Provide administrative support to the team
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience in a similar role and / or as project manager
- Friendly customer-oriented attitude
- Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) skills in English
- Ability to present detailed product features
- Comfortable communicating with clients
- Affinity with IT in general and online platforms such as Salesforce
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to adapt to change and proactive behavior
- Very strong planning and organization skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Natural interest to support colleagues in their daily work
- Interest in sustainability and financial markets
- Effectively operate in a highly team-oriented and collaborative environment
