Easily manage everything from onboarding, procurement, devices, and attendance to offboarding from a single platform!The RoleIn this role, you will report to the Head of Procurement, and will be responsible for:Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities. Negotiating and finalizing contracts and quotes with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions within SLA—24 hours from receiving the request from the client to sending the quotation to the clients. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to optimize pricing and delivery terms. Finalizing the pricing and preparing the quotation in Xero and sharing it with the client within the SLA to increase the order conversion rate and client satisfaction. Maintaining the order data/inquiry database properly and on time. Ideal ProfileYou possess a Bachelor’s in Information technology, Computer Science, or Supply Chain. You have experience conducting market research for the best IT solutions/vendors available, checking stock availability, negotiating prices, and processing orders till delivery. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are required to liaise with vendors and stakeholders, both internally and externally. You have analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills. You are also proactive, performance-driven, well-organized, and results-oriented. You are adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity, and you can adapt to changes in a fast-paced startup. Proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish/Portuguese to liaise with local or international clients. What's on Offer?
