Main responsibilities:
• Actively engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Liaise with Commercial Excellence to execute market research and customer interviews to inform Brand Planning.
• Continuously analyze market trends and competency information using CLM data and others, to better understand the market and segment customers.
• Support Marketing colleagues in the development of the strategic Brand Plan.
• Review all Brand Team materials to ensure alignment and consistency with branding.
• Lead implementation of Marketing-led initiatives, including:
Creation of interactive content for CLM, leading continual customisation for individual customers.
Managing partner agencies and providers to deliver appropriate campaign content.
Holistic, patient-focussed solutions.
Multi-channel and digital campaigns.
Multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Support IFT in their tactical execution.
• Regularly monitor use and effectiveness of in field materials and propose improvements to Marketing & IFT colleagues.
• Support assessment of potential non-traditional partnerships; manage collaborations where required.
• Support marketing team in forecasting, KPI monitoring and budget tracking as appropriate.
• Operate within the guidance of all appropriate division and statutory business and regulatory requirements, including Ethics, Compliance and Code of Business conduct procedures and protocols.
• Educated to degree level, or equivalent (higher degrees or marketing qualifications preferred).
• Marketing, Sales or Customer-facing experience and/or experience of working in other functions preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years experience in marketing within the immunology area is required. Gastro experienced is preferred.
• Fluency in English is a must.
