For our TenitySpain operations, we’re looking for a self-drivenpersonality with a deep sense of ownership and quality towardsdelivering our startup programs, and corporate open innovationactivities, for Fintech, Insurtech, Regtech and Deeptech.
Program Lead Tenityspain
As our Program Lead , you will execute theprograms, end-to-end, including localizing and running the program,managing the relevant Tenity resources, and deeply interacting withthe founders and corporate partners throughout the process.
Thesuccessful development and graduation of our startups in theprograms are critical to our success.
Key Task& Responsibilities
- Planning and executing our startup and corporateinnovation programs in Spain including interacting with founders,corporate partners, coaches, and mentors.
- Managing internal and external Tenity resources toachieve successful planning and completion for startupprograms.
- Manage and support the externalcommunication channels of the startup programs.
- Support the building of the ecosystem of startups,mentors, corporate partners, and investors.
- Behands-on and accurate in organizing, planning, and documentingprogram content, events, trend workshops and related communicationwith startups, corporates, and mentors.
- Propose new initiatives that champion ourbusiness.
Your Profile
- You communicate comfortably in Spanish,Portuguese and English
- Passionate aboutinnovation, startups, entrepreneurship, and early-stageinvesting.
- Results-oriented and withoutstanding personal commitment.
- A positivecan-do personality with proven delivery capabilities.
- An excellent communicator, including presentation andin-person networking.
- A proactive problemsolver who can quickly adapt to changing priorities, directions,and situations.
- Highly organized and able tostructure and execute multiple processes and projectssimultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Anentrepreneur by heart, being an early employee in a tech startup isa big plus.
