About the Position
Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of strategic projects from conception to completion.
It is fundamental to collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring the alignment of project goals with overall Business Unit objectives while maintaining a keen focus on quality, timelines, and budget constraints.
Key Accountabilities
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and budget requirements in aligment with Business Unit objectives.
Ensure effective project execution, monitoring progress and addressing potential roadblocks promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to key stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal project performance.
Collaborate with functional managers to secure necessary resources and expertise.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address challenges to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Develop or find and implement project management guidelines, dynamics, and tools for all the projects related to the Business Unit.
Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.
Monitor project implementation through KPIs previously defined. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position :
- Education :
- Additional Skills / Knowledge : Languages : Fluent SpanishFluent English B1 or higher in Portuguese (desirable but not essential)Proven experience as a Project Manager in the In Vitro Diagnostics industry.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sciences, or a related field
