Job Overview
Position Summary :
We are looking for a talented technician who is highly motivated to join the R&D group withing the new product development team at TE Mondragon.
You must be willing to develop a strong technical background in the field of Microfluidics and Biological applications. You will support R&D engineers in their projects, following instructions and suggesting improvements if necessary.
It is essential that you are a hands-on person with excellent technical skills, team playing and a personal drive to achieve project goal.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Give support to R&D engineers in grant, internal and customer projects
- Follow already defined instructions for photolithography, sputtering, electroplating, hot-embossing, chemical bonding, surface functionalization, characterization and similar processes
- Use of clean room / biolab equipment, meeting Safety and Quality requirements
- Collaborate with R&D engineers to implement improvements
Collaborate in the training of new hires
What your background should look like :
Position requirements :
Trade School in chemistry, lab technician or similar
We are looking for candidates with the following characteristics (a must) :

Basic competency in English ( intermediate level will be a plus)
Will be evaluated positively :
Experience in Life Science industry or similar activities
Experience in clean room for : Photolithography processes, sputtering, electroplating, hot-embossing, surface functionalization, etc.
Experience in Biolab
