Overview

SEIDOR North America is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong focus on lead generation for our sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads from companies looking to transform and automate their business processes.

As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a critical role in establishing strong, initial relationships between them and SEIDOR.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation :

  • Utilize your expertise in outbound lead generation to identify and qualify potential opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to uncover new prospects.
  • Engage with prospects and educate them on the benefits of SEIDOR's SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to align progress and strategies.
  • Attend Sales Pipeline Meetings to contribute valuable insights.
  • Provide front-line feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

Sales Responsibilities :

  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospect requirements and pain points.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of SEIDOR's SAP solutions to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute strategies to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound lead generation or Sales Development.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and articulate solution benefits.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
