The SE Collaboration & Initiatives Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing projects in the Southern Europe (SE) region .
This role combines project management, marketing expertise, and strong communication skills to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives, This role also lead marketing in Greece
Scope
Responsible for executing Strategic Marketing efforts in SE to accelaratet growth, AP, CX and collaboration strategies in the region
Please note that this role will require frequent travelling
Some of the key accountabilities of this role are :
- Strategic Leadership : Report to the Southern Europe Marketing Leader and contribute to local and European marketing strategies with a results-oriented approach.
- Project Management : Oversee marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines and objectives, while liaising with central and regional teams.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with marketing teams across SE countries to develop and implement marketing strategies and goals.
- Budget Management : Assist in overseeing the marketing budget, ensuring that projects stay within financial constraints.
- Data-Driven Insights : Collect and analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Reporting : Produce regular reports on project status and key marketing metrics for leadership review.
- External Partnerships : Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialized project execution, such as ad campaigns or events.
- Resource Allocation : Manage departmental resources and tools essential for successful project completion.

What we look for :
- Bachelor Degree, Business Administration or Marketing. Desirable : Post graduate Master
- 2-3 years of experience in a Marketing or commercial role
- D igital Marketing and Social Media Marketing knowledge
- Experience of planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns , strategies and programmes to meet revenue and lead generation targets, create impactful market positioning, and enable the sales and commercial teams
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Customer focus and stakeholder engagement skills with a proactive and innovative approach
- Savvy in digital marketing channels and tools
- Excellent ability to create clear and purposeful written content for multiple formats and audiences.
- Good analytical skills
- Previous experience in project management .
- Solid knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Languages : English fluency
English fluency
Proficiency in a second language such as Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, or French is highly desirable
