Job description

Find your place at Amaris Consulting as an IT Service Desk Coordinator in Barcelona. Start your new adventure in an international and agile Environment by identifying opportunities for improvement at the technical, functional, and organizational levels and solving difficult issues like finding out how to get the only backup saved out of the same server that has crashed.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Overall ownership and coordination of all business application support related activities and their related infrastructure components
  • Be the point of escalation to end-users, market stakeholders and both market and HQ management.
  • Crises management in the case of a serious outage in the area, by chairing and coordinating all crises resolution activities.
  • Ensuring adequate communication of resolution activities to management as well as the impacted end users.
  • Determination and implementation of the required support strategy for the area of responsibility.
  • Management of relationship with any 3rd party service providers, including KPI review and follow up of any SLA breaches or the implementation of corrective actions in the case of chronic breach of SLAs.
  • Coordination of resolution activities with all internal and external teams involved, such as, but not limited to, development teams, project management, business excellence, Operations, IT infrastructure and market IT teams.
  • Driving root cause analysis and problem creation, investigation and resolution

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ️

  • Capabilities : understanding of Operations, support, monitoring on e-commerce platform.
  • ITIL V3 or V4
  • Some degree of experience in observability / monitoring (New Relic is a plus).
  • Experience in multi-country web shops.
  • Project coordination with different vendors : 2nd level and 3rd level.
  • Fluency in English
