About the Team
The Production Centre is a hub of delivery excellence, formed by a multicultural team of production experts which delivers marketing assets across Europe (EMEA). In a nutshell, the Production Center boosts business’s growth driving efficiencies & performance.
Purpose of the role
- Vision : The Senior Production Manager manages the production of Creative Production projects, to ensure the highest satisfaction of Indicia Worldwide’s clients.
- Mission : To activate the proposition of Indicia Worldwide through clients delivering the best quality for our clients´ needs.

The Senior Production Manager (CProd) oversees the production of creative assets (POS, digital media, print media) across various clients in a high paced environment, from quoting to delivery, according to the defined processes and KPIs, so our service reputation remains as best-in-class in the industry. Also Maintain active and effective client/studio day to day relationships to allow a robust production execution even if managed remotely. They are responsible on mentoring Production Managers to scale up the service and they are expected to manage client expectations based on their knowledge and experience.
Therefore, the Senior PM CProd will manage a range of production projects, which includes the following tasks:
- Ensure the briefings received from the clients are clear in terms of requirements and technical information, before being forwarded to our studio teams for production
- Advise the client from a technical/creative point of view on their requirements, providing day-to-day support, proposing creative ideas and solutions to the client, based on his/her experience in the area.
- Periodic visits to the client's offices to provide support and strengthen basic customer relations.
- Keep all projects under tight control by proactively checking the studio’s progress and correctly managing the prioritisation of the tasks
- Check the artworks before they reach the client to verify that the brief matches the result
- Follow up of the projects to ensure that deadlines are achieved
- Closing the projects in the systems once the client has received the final files
- Give trainings to clients on Artlab/Briefings
- Offer an efficient and quality service at all times
- Support in the collection of POs in order to close the projects in the system
- Collaboration with our studios and MAMs to ensure the best service standards.
- Support in information processes and Reporting (Synergy clients)
Location: preferably in Madrid / Spain
(We also consider remote profiles based in Spain).
Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure
- Previous experience of at least 5 years in roles related to creative production is required
- Experience in POS, digital media, print media production is required
- Industry related education and qualification is requiered
- You have high knowledge level of the Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc, to be able to review the files from clients and make sure the Studio can work with them
- Pre-press knowledge is required
- You have an overview of the precise information that a creative production brief should contain, so that you know what questions to ask the client in case of missing information and can communicate the task in a clear way to the artworkers
- Knowledge of graphic design is required
- High English level is required (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of other European languages is a must.

Managing creative production projects and collaborating closely with external stakeholders requires:

- An excellent organizational and time management skill, as you will be managing several projects at the same time with a high amount of detail.

Production Managers work on a very fast, changing environment. In order for the PM to success, it will be expected:

- Collaborative spirit. Use we, not me. If someone is in trouble, you will do your best to support.
Role Requirements
- If the Senior PM is based in Madrid they will be required to work from Office a minimum of 2 days per week.
- Travel to conferences or client offices might be required on occasion.
- Whilst the contracted hours for the role are 9. 00am to 5:30pm, Mon – Fri, the project-based nature of the role requires that some days you will have to work outside of these hours and you will recover that time in other moment
- You might need to work during some bank holidays based on the need of the local market you work for. This will be compensated.
