About the role
As an Strategic Operations Specialist you will be a key player in the development and growth of seQura's Education Vertical.
What you'll do
Improve processes, systems, and policies in the Education area to support the strong growth objectives of this business vertical.
Contribute to the long-term planning of the area, including initiatives to enhance operations.
Participate in the creation of the area's financial results, setting objectives by client, and monitoring profitability.
Promote initiatives with other areas of the company : risk, legal, tech, and product, aimed at improving day-to-day operations and fostering enhancements.
Participate in C-level business review meetings with major clients.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration, or engineering.
3 years of hands-on experience in a Big Four accounting firm.
Knowledge of finance to understand P&L, balances, and cash flow.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different areas of the company and other organizations.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to grasp the entirety of the business.
