In the CoE of Advanced Analytics in Fujitsu, we are currently looking for a Team Lead to continue the growth of our team in Barcelona, leveraging one of our projects in Genomics and developing new data driven solutions to address new business challenges of our customers.
As our future Project Team Lead you will :
- Lead all the stages of the project, from the taking of specifications to the definition, deployment, creation of key users, integration testing, the definition of goals, to the setting of the final product.
- Coordinate with the team to define the best design for practical solutions updating requests and creating new improvements.
- Follow up on the global budget of the project paying special attention to the different needs of the stakeholders while translating them into actionable items.
- Collaborate and keep an active communication with other IT&D areas and subcontractors.
- Make sure that the closing of the project is done in the best way possible, making the recollection of key learnings as well as best practices, while collaborating with all the related participants and stakeholders.
You are expected to understand the business needs of the client, data analytics, and have the technical skills to ensure the success of the project, and the business impact of digital cases, by providing the specifications, knowledge, and experience to the project.
Your profile
You have at least 5 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Informatics, and / or a master’s degree in Bioinformatics or Life Science.
- You have experience as a Technical Leader / IT Project Manager in the Healthcare sector or managing Bioinformatician teams in the field of clinical genetics.
- You design data pipelines based on functional requirements, availability needs, and data.
- You have experience collaborating and being the bridge with clear communication between the client and the team by understanding the business needs and data analytics for digital cases.
- You have experience in the management of projects and services : Stakeholders, communication, risk, budgeting, schedules, providers, relational models, services management, and reporting, with deep knowledge of Microsoft Ecosystems (Power Apps, Project, Excel).
- You have experience working with Agile Methodologies, Scrum, and some knowledge of DevOps.
- You ideally have PMP, PRINCE, or other Project Management certification.
- You are fluent in English.
It will be considered as a plus if you have knowledge or experience working with :
- HL7 / FHIR.
- Oncogenomics.
- Experimental procedures in genetics, oncology, or oncohematology laboratories.
- Mutational, biomedical, or phenoclinical information.
- Bioinformatics.
- Clinical or research networks such as CIBERER, CIBERONC, Transbionet, or others.
- Catalan language
