WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Lead .NET Developer, you will play a pivotal role in steering a software development team towards success.

Your typical day will involve a blend of technical and leadership responsibilities. You'll lead by example, diving into hands-on coding and architectural design, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable .

NET applications. A significant part of your role will be mentoring junior developers, guiding them through complex coding challenges, and fostering their professional growth.

Collaboration is key; you'll liaise with product managers, align with cross-functional teams, and engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Proactive in problem-solving, you'll tackle technical issues, optimize system performance, and maintain code quality. Additionally, you'll champion best practices in software development and stay abreast of the latest industry trends, applying this knowledge to innovate and improve product and project outcomes.

Through effective communication and strong leadership, you will ensure that product and project goals are met on time while maintaining a positive and productive team environment.

A TYPICAL DAY A typical day as a Lead .NET Engineer involves a mix of Technical Leadership and hands-on development. A Morning could start with team meetings to set priorities.

Throughout the day, you provide guidance to the development team, engage in coding, and collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams.

Troubleshooting and addressing technical challenges are routine, ensuring projects stay on track. Afternoons may involve coding new features, mentorship sessions, and strategic meetings to discuss long-term roadmaps.

Documentation and project management tasks are addressed, with the day concluding with a review of progress and preparation for the next day.

The role combines technical innovation, mentorship, and effective project management. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Provide Technical Leadership and mentorship to the development team.

Lead the design and architecture of .NET applications for scalability and performance. Engage in hands-on coding and development using .

NET technologies. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team. Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful project completion.

Collaborate with product managers to define project scope and timelines. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the development team.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and infrastructure. Identify and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

Debug and optimize code to improve application efficiency and reliability. Implement and promote best practices in software development and code management.

Stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies in the .NET ecosystem. Ensure comprehensive documentation of code, systems, and software architecture.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Implement quality assurance processes and collaborate with QA teams for comprehensive testing. Ensure application security and compliance with relevant industry standards.

It would also be very nice if you have : Demonstrated proficiency in Vue.js, showcasing the ability to craft dynamic and responsive front-end applications.

Experience in efficient infrastructure management using Terraform, contributing to scalable and automated deployment processes.

Knowledge and hands-on experience in utilizing Node.js for robust server-side development, ensuring a cohesive full-stack architecture.

Familiarity with Docker for containerization, streamlining deployment processes and ensuring consistency across environments.

Experience in working with PostgreSQL databases, including advanced capabilities in database design, optimization, and management.

Exposure to serverless architecture, specifically the implementation of serverless functions, optimizing resource utilization and scalability.

Practical knowledge and experience using Google Cloud Platform services, harnessing the power of cloud-based solutions. Demonstrated ability to seamlessly integrate and leverage various technologies within a unified and efficient full-stack solution.
