Mission

Responsible for the accounts, distributors and customers assigned to him/her.

Galp Solar's main point of contact for all of them.

Main objective: achievement of the commercial objectives set for the accounts.

Secondary objective: to maintain an excellent relationship with them, achieving long-term relationships of trust and loyalty with distributors and customers.

What you’ll do

- Direct Sales: sign PV contracts with SMEs, negotiating and closing the agreements with

Search and prospecting New Customer

Current Galp Customers that request a Galp Solar Installation

Qualify Galp Solar B2B leads: Digital, Partnerships

- Accounts Management: manage the assigned distributors and resellers: management of indirect teams, resolution of incidents, implementation of improvements. In order to meet the commercial objective of the channel.

- For new customers, the candidate must search for new customers directly (news, linkedin, contacts,…)

- For Galp Customers the candidate must build a strong relation with Galp B2B team to receive a big amount of companies interested in solar, and close that deals

- For Galp Solar leads, the candidate will receive good qualified leads of big companies to negotiate and sign

The candidate should also generate a network of collaborating agents through Galp B2B indirect channels and manage the relationship, together with Galp, of these agents and distributors.

- For all agents, distributors or clients, the candidate will:

Be the main point of contact in the day-to day

Hold weekly meetings to define and follow up on objectives

Hold monthly meetings

Detect and solve problems

Propose improvements in commercial processes

Propose commercial actions

Create partnership and trusting relationships

- With Galp Solar teams:

Support and give quality feedback to the Product and IT teams to improve tools, services, products, or materials.

Request marketing actions to increase Galp Solar's sales and image.

Give feedback on prices and offers of competitors in the market.

Work with the B2B Back Office team to get all sales through to installation, assisting in the management of subsidies or grants.

Work with the Delivery team to ensure all sales are installed

What you'll need

5 years’ experience in commercial tasks, ideally as a key Account manager.

Experience in dealing with B2B customers

Knowledge of the electricity, energy sector

Knowledge of photovoltaic sector as nice to have

Teamwork and very collaborative way of working with all teams

Good interpersonal relations

Positive and enthusiastic mentality

CRM management

Excel and Power point

Outlook, Teams

Power BI knowledge as nice to have
