We are Ecom Brands, a young, innovativee-commerce start-up based in the heart of Hamburg. We operate fivebackpack and bag brands in the lifestyle segment and market themvia international online marketplaces, our own online stores and inbrick-and-mortar stores.
One of our most successful labels is thebackpack brand Johnny Urban.
As an ERPManager : in Administrator (m / f / d) in e-commerce, you will beresponsible for the administration and further development of ourERP system "Odoo", the heart of our IT landscape.
You will managethe system holistically with the support of our Odoo agency. Youwill adapt the system to new requirements and circumstances andensure that data exchange with our e-commerce channels and serviceproviders runs smoothly.
Tasks
- Support during the introduction of one of thenew versions of our ERP system "Odoo"
- Administration of the ERP system
- Communication and management of the external Odoo agency
- Solution conception of business requirements
- Integration of business processes into theERP system
- Testing and management of Buxfixing with agency
- Advising employees ontechnical problems
- Maintenance andoptimization of existing connections to various e-commerce channelssuch as Amazon, Tradebyte or Shopify
- Projectmanagement for the connection of new e-commerce channels
- Support with ERP / merchandise management / ITprojects
Qualification
- You have a successfully completeddegree with a business or IT background
- Youhave several years of professional experience with the support ofERP or merchandise management systems in e-commerce, ideally evenwith "Odoo"
- You have experience inoptimizing processes in ERP systems and working with IT serviceproviders
- You have a very good understandingof data exchange and processes in e-commerce
- Juggling with Excel data is easy for you
- Youcan think in a complex way and recognize connections quickly
- You work independently and can driveprojects forward autonomously
- You have ahands-on mentality
- You speak very goodEnglish
- A strong ability to work in a teamis one of your strengths
