The task
- Ensuring the availability, performance and furtherdevelopment of our IT infrastructure
- Monitoring the network infrastructure and ensuring system security.
- Testing, installing and updating operatingsystems and software.
- Processing supportrequests and troubleshooting.
- Management ofuser accounts and access rights.
- Performingbackup and recovery tasks.
- Evaluating newtechnologies to continuously improve the IT infrastructure.
The requirement
- Completed training in IT or a comparablequalification.
- At least three years ofprofessional experience.
- Profound knowledgein the administration of Windows clients and servers, especially inDNS, DHCP, Active Directory and group policies.
- Experience and good knowledge of VMware and Veeam Backup& Replication.
- Experience with cloudservices, network infrastructures and VPN.
- Knowledge of MS Teams and SharePoint desirable.
- Good knowledge of fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a team and strongcommunication skills.
- Very goodcommunication skills in German and English.
- Service-oriented approach.
- Independent,structured way of working.
