As Impress continues to increase its global reach, we are growing our team in Barcelona.
We are looking for an enthusiastic fluent English speaker to work as a Booking Agent. You will be an essential part of a hard-working, fast-growing team, that work to improve people's health, confidence, and smiles. Are you ready for the challenge?
What will you be doing?
Make calls, book and confirm appointments, respond to Dental Monitoring and follow up with patients.
Coordinate incoming calls and requirements of new or existing customers giving support and help.
Greet customers, explain our product, and guide customers through deadlines and expectations in the clinic, help clients complete documentation if necessary.
Provide excellent customer service by calls (video and audio), email, SMS or WhatsApp, and live chat to ensure that our customers always are smiling.
Make sure every call/email/meeting makes our customers happy!
Maintained customer relationships and coordinated non-medical questions.
Work with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
Requirements
A very high level of English (minimum C2) with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
You are recognized for your team spirit, your proactivity, and your interpersonal and writing skills
Proven experience in a telesales environment engaging with leads over the phone is a big plus

Contract: Indefinido
Schedule: Part-time 30h, 5 days/week. Monday - Saturday rotatives, from 16:00h - 22:00h
Salary: 17.000€ gross/year (amount for full-time basis, pro-rata for part-time shifts) + performance bonus: 1000€ prorate gross/year
