- participate in workshops with clients and other stakeholders to identify business needs and collect high level business requirements
- analyze the specifics of post trading services and document related business requirements in order to meet both business and client needs
- collaborate closely with Business and the software development team (e.g. agile development teams) to enable successful implementation of the requirements
- design test cases incl. acceptance criterias and excecute user acceptance testing
- act in agile and virtual teams as linking element with business acum
What You Bring
- strong technical background in financial sector with requirements engineering and bachelor’s or higher education degree in Computer Science, Finance or Business
- a minimum of 5 to 10 years Business Analyst experience within the Financial Services / Banking / IT sector. Knowhow in post trading areas such as settlement, clearing or asset servicing will be an advantage but not mandatory
- solid knowledge and experience with business analysis tools (e.g. uses case model, user stories, etc.) as well as with requirements modelling techniques (e.
g. UML, etc.) or desig thinking methods
- experience with Agile (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) development projects
- analytical, technical, problem solving, proactive, solution oriented, self-motivated, innovative, flexible are a key strength, having as well a team player personality with communication skills and a strong ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- fluent in English and Spanish (German would be a plus)
