SEEKING :Business Analyst
Profile
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst
The candidate should have a strong understanding of software development processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving successful project outcomes.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing requirements, gathering user stories, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities &Tasks
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, project goals, and user needs.
Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and user stories using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for software development teams.
Work closely with product owners, project managers, and development teams to prioritize features, define acceptance criteria, and establish project scope.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Create and maintain requirement artifacts such as business process models, use cases, wireframes, and mockups to visualize system functionalities.
Conduct impact analysis to assess the potential effects of proposed changes and enhancements on existing systems and processes.
Assist in defining test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure thorough validation of software solutions.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback and defect resolution with development teams.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders, addressing questions, issues, and change requests as they arise.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, preferably in an Agile environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar software.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Agile tools and practices.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
Education :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Language :
- Fluent English Level (C1)
