* To deliver area revenue for the sectors in charge. * Responsible for identifying and developing value added opportunities that may fall outside a typical commodity business within defined market sectors. * Follow market trends of the sectors and advise on appropriate sales approach and propositions to the market. * Create and maintain relationships at key levels with selected customers and accounts. * Take an active and leading role in lead generation, customer visits, technical responses and contract negotiations. * Recognize and coordinate the resources to best address the customer opportunities. * Create and maintain relationships at key levels with selected customers and accounts.

* Min 3-4 years experience in sales B2B * Able to do full sales cycle * Experience doing prospection * Experience developing a market from 0 * Knowledge talking with CEOs and Directors * Experience negotiating with big companies B2B * Track record of setting and achieving profitable sales revenues * Proficiency at developing and delivering outstanding presentations to potential and existing customers, at purchasing, engineering and management levels * Commercially astute * Experience of selling a technical / engineering consultancy service. * Preferably an engineering or scientific background. * Strong and proven ability to plan, organise and prioritise able to deal with complexity. * Well organized, with good planning skills, but flexible and adaptable to situations. * Excellent planning and ability to plan market development. * Energetic and enthusiastic with a strong desire to succeed. * High level of personal integrity * Good IT literacy including the use of business information systems. * Track record of setting and achieving profitable sales revenues. * Experience in international companies. * Good proficiency in English * Ideally, good proficiency in Italian
