Job description :
Business analyst with at least 2 years of experience in the Banking sector, working with Cards issuing business and product : requirements gathering, functional analysis, technical team support, reporting, testing and documentation.
Capacity to understand the business domain and the problem before suggesting solution options.
Pro-active in identifying opportunities to improve outcomes for the business.
Experience in an agile environment and are proficient at story-mapping and working collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders to deliver incremental value.
Experience on transformation programs working with product development teams.
Dynamic, creative, committed people with interpersonal and teamwork skills.
The candidate must be fluent in English.
Qualifications :
2 years of experience in a similar role.
University degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
MBA as a nice to have.
High level of English.
