The CDS team works with customers and divisions to target development and implementation of digital tools which enable us to work faster, smarter and better maximising customer value, strengthening our field sales and service teams, increase the ease of doing business with Ecolab.

As the Customer Experience Manager for CDS (Commercial Digital Solutions) in Europe, this role will be assigned to deploy and lead overall customer end to end Customer Experience solutions for Ecolab I+S Group (Institutional + Specialties).

This position has significant impact on the success of the European Digital strategy and the successful delivery of an end-to-end Customer Experience journey with Ecolab;

it will provide both leadership and technical direction within the assigned area.

The Customer Experience Manager for Ecolab I+S provides support, advice and assistance to the business commercial teams across the I+S organizations to achieve company goals and digital revenue growth objectives by making it easy for the customers to do business with Ecolab.

By educating and engaging customers, business commercial teams and by collecting VOB / VOC feedback in close collaboration with divisional leadership and champion networks, this role will help drive exponential value for our customers by ensuring that our emerging Digital capabilities are integrated into the Customer Experience journey to deliver customer value and accelerated revenue growth.

This position has a leading role in managing inter-dependencies across internal and external digital solutions and requires coordinating execution at Pan-European level.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for the effective management and successful end-to-end deployment of Customer Experience strategy and solutions within assigned divisions
  • Design and lead change management activities related to specific, new solution deployment : including capturing communication, engagement, training, and stakeholder feedback
  • Leverage and coordinate existing divisional business sponsors networks within the divisions as multiplier for roll out, training, change management and continuous improvement
  • Liaise with divisional leadership and global CDS to provide inside about successful delivery against defined objective and business metrics post launch
  • Act as subject matter expert for division on digital opportunities, articulate return on investment to regional division leadership and advocate with regional / global CDS peers
  • Engage commercial regional teams to identify new digital solutions to improve overall Customer Experience and drive digital revenue growth
  • Work with global CDS organization in creation, testing and piloting of new digital solutions

What You'll Need :

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ Years of professional level experience
  • Digital savviness / curiosity
  • Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives.
  • Good understanding of sales process with experience optimizing and digitizing via new technologies
  • Experience in other functions (sales, marketing, R&
  • Proven leadership, project management, problem-solving and team development skills
