Job Description
Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Support Agent will be :

- Responding to inbound requests from organizations and documenting relevant case information
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner
- Identifying issues and providing effective solutions, and escalating the issues when they require further support
