- Respond to customer enquiries via chats, calls, social media queries & emails
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Research required information using available resources
- Identify customer needs
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain an up to date customer information system
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
Requirements
- Strong preference for candidates based in Barcelona, Spain; willing to consider candidates able to relocate to Barcelona for a contract period (1 3 years)
- Native / Fluent (Business level) in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian (verbal and written); good command of English
- Strong customer orientation (previous customer service experience is advantageous)
- Available to work shifts (International Call Centre)
- Office-based in Barcelona, Spain
- Strong PC literacy
