Commercial Development Manager – PH WE
The Commercial Development Manager is a trusted advisor to the Region and Zone management team on commercial strategy, transformation, and sales execution. They improve critical sales capability by changing behaviors in their respective zones, align and support the Go to Market strategy and bring targeted solutions that help us gain sales productivity.

Your role:
Development of Commercial Strategy:
Brings outside-in view from Retailers and Shoppers into the strategy creation
Optimizes and future proof retailer segmentation
Identifies approach to new and winning retailers/channels
Outlines channel enablers required to accelerate (eg Food/Drug)
Project Management of Strategic initiatives:
Document and track against business case
Hold stakeholders to account on project enablers and deliverables
Elevate Commercial Go to Market capabilities:
Owns of Retail Event Toolkit (supported by Shopper Marketing)
Co-creates of story-to-trades
Contributes to framework, tracking and problem-solving of channel efforts
Lead our Sales Capability Framework:
Creates simplified Sales capability program and co-ordinates with Sales CoE Academy
Incorporates Shopper Marketing capability program into simplified Sales program
Leads customer NPS for Europe incl. improvement plan
Acts as link between Global Sales CoE capabilities leader and Western Europe Sales
Sales Board & Channel Forums
Facilitates Sales Board agenda and collaboration
Enhances Channel connectivity across Region and scales up capabilities
You're the right fit if:
Proven track record in commercial environment like: sales, channel management, or comparable role(s);
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute decisive actions.
Proficient in delivering and overseeing projects;
Strong proof of informal leadership;
Enthusiastic about making a meaningful impact;
Exceptional skills in managing stakeholders, adept at indirect influence, and collaborative cross-functional projects;
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
