WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Adaptation of the generic strategic plan for the category to Hypermarket and/or Perfumery channel clients.
- Monitoring and optimization of assortments per client.
- Collaboration in client planogramming.
- Working with accounts to define and prepare promotional activation plans, developing ad hoc products according to channel and/or client needs.
- Development and monitoring of promotional execution.
- Monitoring and analysis of sell-in and sell-out sales by account to work on acceleration and improvement plans.
- Teamwork with other Unilever departments: sales, trade marketing, marketing, finance, purchasing, planning, repacking, etc., to define and activate the plan.
- Teamwork with key suppliers for the activation of previously defined plans: design agencies, printers, in-store activation agencies, direct marketing agencies, etc.
- Definition, execution, and control of brand activation plans.
- Design of promotions and materials for the point of sale.
- Ensure excellence and perfect execution at the point of sale for developed activation plans.
- Ensure excellence and perfect execution of category promotional plans.
- Training and monitoring of the GPV (General Purpose Vendor) team.
- Analysis and monitoring of the Personal Care market, identifying key players, pillars, and activation levers crucial for the growth of both markets.
- Analysis and evaluation through previously defined KPIs of results from developed plans.
- Setting and monitoring KPIs to measure and assess the results of the defined strategy and activation plan.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional experience in a similar trade marketing or marketing role for up to 1 year is considered a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) and PowerPoint.
- Essential fluency in Spanish and English.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- In the case of having completed studies: 1 year employment contract as an intern (without the need for an agreement).
- In the case of not having completed studies (students in their last year): internship agreement with your university + the option for a subsequent 1-year internship employment contract with Unilever.
