Your mission
and responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a robust framework for cybersecurity
  Service Portfolio management, including the definition of clear structures
  working hand in hand with our service owners.
• Guide selection, prioritization, and completion of
  Cybersecurity Service components, ensuring alignment with strategic
  objectives, and overseeing critical processes such as strategic management
  and performance within the cybersecurity portfolio.

Tasks and
responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce a methodology with defined policies and
  procedures for the effective management of Cybersecurity Services within
  the portfolio.
• Continuously review, relocate, reprioritize, and optimize the
  Cybersecurity Service Portfolio to ensure alignment with evolving
  organizational objectives and changing cybersecurity needs.
• Provide key stakeholders with timely evaluations of
  Cybersecurity Service components selection, prioritization, and
  performance, while identifying and managing risks that may affect
  portfolio performance strategically.
• Identify and report relevant indicators specific to the
  cybersecurity domain through service performance metrics and goals.
• Participate in the budget rounds to ensure alignment and
  consideration of all services.

Qualifications:

• You have 7+ years of relevant work experience managing
  portfolios, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
• You have advanced English and communication skills: clear and
  concise communication; able to address stakeholders of different
  backgrounds and technical expertise.
• You are knowledgeable of Service Portfolio frameworks, for
  example: ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), ISO/IEC
  2000 (International standard for IT Service Management), PMI (Project
  Management Institute), COBIT (Controls Objectives for Information and
  Related Technologies.

Additionally

• You are analytical and work methodically.
• You work or have been worked in globally distributed teams.
• You have the ability to adapt to a constantly changing
  environment and strategic oriented.
• You have knowledge of relevant cybersecurity regulations and
  standards in the industry (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001)
