WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Lean Portfolio Manager, you will facilitate the alignment of Global Supply strategy with execution by applying Lean and systems thinking approaches to portfolio flow, agile portfolio operations, and governance.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts :
Establish portfolio flow and coordinate Global Supply Value Streams.
Ensures that strategic initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategy and vision.
Performs the functions of the QBR Leader, facilitating the execution of the QBR (Quarterly Business Review) processes and alignment with the principles of its governance model.
Ensures continuous business alignment and forecast to truly understand how to adapt to change by means of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Identifies and manages risks and dependencies.
Promotes the organization's methods and tools to improve initiatives’ flow and effectiveness.
Provides support to all roles involved in the implementation of the strategy.
Establishes effective relationships and continuously collaborate with Business Owners, Sponsors, VSO, PMs, RTEs, VSPM, STE, etc.
EXPERIENCE
Solid experience facilitating synchronization meetings, PI Planning, Ideation sessions, including the ART sync at the Program Level and the value stream sync for Solution Trains.
SPM ServiceNow knowledge and understanding.
Experience in customer-facing roles, to understand customer experience (highly desirable) including exposure to different countries / cultures and cross-functional teams.
EDUCATION
Technical Degree in computer science, engineering or similar.
ITIL Foundation certification.
SAFe / SCRUM / Lean certifications are a plus.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an inherent ability to multi-task
Team leader and consensus builder and excellent communicator.
Ability to rapidly identify and resolve issues.
Possesses a sound technical foundation and working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and applications.
Advanced understanding in agile project management.
Possesses high-level understanding of IT general controls (security, change management, disaster backup recovery, data center, etc.
and IT application control concepts (application processing controls, system reconciliations, interfaces, reports testing, workflows).
Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
