Where you come in :

  • You seamlessly manage complex calendars for executives, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and performing regular calendar audits to ensure optimal use of their time.
  • You craft comprehensive meeting agendas and collate background materials, offering support with polished PowerPoint presentations, meticulous notetaking, and tracking action items.
  • You provide support in the coordination of internal events and team meetings, orchestrating venue bookings, travel arrangements, dining logistics, and collation of meeting materials.
  • You develop intricate travel plans for leadership, meticulously tracking changes and producing detailed itineraries during their journeys;

you handle all associated paperwork with finesse.

  • You skillfully handle expense management for supported leaders, reviewing corporate card transactions and expense reports in adherence to company protocols.
  • You take ownership of the administrative tasks within budgetary and contractual management processes for Dexcom's French entity.
  • You engage in diverse projects and special assignments, collaborating with managers and executives to establishobjectives, manage time effectively, and monitor progress.
  • You safeguard sensitive information, maintaining utmost confidentiality regarding personal and corporate matters.
  • You foster meaningful engagement with diverse stakeholders, leveraging sound judgment and discretion in all interactions.
  • You facilitate 'all employee' country communications and meetings in collaboration with the internal communication team.

What makes you successful :

  • You possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supporting senior management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Your expertise in budget and contract management is demonstrable, with a deep understanding of French law pertinent to the medical industry and administrative system.
  • Your written and verbal communication skills in both English and French are outstanding; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Your organizational prowess is exceptional, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • You have a proven track record in travel logistics, scheduling, presentation skills, meeting management, and client relationship cultivation.
  • Your problem-solving skills are strong, with a penchant for process improvement and providing creative solutions.
  • You demonstrate occasionally flexibility to accommodate changes to travel and schedules outside of regular work hours, including weekends.
  • Your interpersonal skills are exceptional, enabling you to forge robust relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You have a demonstrable ability for independent decision-making and adeptness in administrative writing.
  • You uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and reliability.
