Your tasks
- Administration and maintenance of networkcomponents in schools and for business customers
- Supporting service providers with the commissioning ofnetwork components
- Analyzing, diagnosing anddetermining reported faults and rectifying them on site or remotely
- Collaboration in projects within the networkdivision and across divisions
- Thedevelopment and optimization of network environments
- Further development of the network concept for operationin schools and for business customers
Your profile
- You havesuccessfully completed an apprenticeship in the IT sector (e.g. ITspecialist for system integration) or a degree in computer scienceor have gained comparable experience as a career changer (m / f / d)
- Ideally, you have manufacturercertifications from Cisco (CCNA), Aruba (AMF) or Fortinet (NSE4)
- You work just as well independently as in ateam and are solution-oriented
- A strongcustomer and service orientation, as well as a structured andmeticulous approach to work
