Role The HR Manager will partner with leaders based in our offices in Madrid to support strategic programs, provide HR counsel and support. You will demonstrate a broad scope of knowledge and experience and contribute proactively to the planning, organization and implementation of ket HR programs. You’ll be responsible for performing a variety of human resources functions including handling of employee life cycle activities, organizational design, onboarding, learning and development, employee relations, performance management and compliance. Responsibilities:Provide consultation and coaching to frontline leadersPartner with leaders in Spain to design and implement the appropriate structureGuide on talent management programs, including talent reviews and creating a high performing organizationImprove manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programsAnalyze data, understand trends, and develop proactive solutions to further support business objectivesProvide HR counsel and a full range of generalist services to the organization within the HR operations modelMonitor and provide support to the business during annual processes such as performance reviews, calibrations, employee survey action planning, and compensation administrationComplete ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks as required with cross-functional teams working on or leading projects. Requirements:10+ years of experience in HR with at least 7 years as an HRBPA minimum of 5 years as an HRBP supporting growing teams and executive level leadership is required. Experience working in a fast paced, global and matrixed organizationQualifications:Ability to build out and administer new HR initiativesDemonstrated experience in facilitation, presentation and negotiation skillsDetail and goal oriented, flexibility to to deal with multiple and changing priorities while focused on customer serviceExcellent problem solving and organizational acumenAbility to work under pressure in a fast paced environmentConfidence in handling ambiguityKnowledge and understanding of employment legislation, and the ability to translate this into practical advice for all of Ouro
