For the Bremen location(Lemwerder) we are looking for an employee (m / f / d) ServiceDesk assoon as possible
Your position in our crew
- Central interface of the ServiceDesk for specialist departments, service teams and theconfidentiality level For Service Use Only (VS-NfD) administrationwithin the systems to be supported.
- Carryingout fault analyses in close cooperation with the users, taking intoaccount the special security aspects and the confidentiality level
- Control of ticket flows between the ITService Desk and the VS-NfD Administration (ticket queue) understrict confidentiality.
- Assisting 1st levelsupport with telephone support with a focus on security-relatedmatters.
What you have in yourluggage
- Completed training orstudies in computer science, business informatics or an equivalentqualification.
- Excellent written and spokenGerman; knowledge of English is required.
- Experience in working with ERP systems, ideally in support ordevelopment, with a focus on the security of VS-NfD information.
- Proven experience in the coordination andmanagement of technical topics in a security-relevant context.
- Knowledge of shipbuilding or experience withindustry-specific requirements is an advantage.
- Willingness to continuously train and adapt to newtechnologies in the context of safety-related information.
- The ability to work in a team and a strongservice orientation are key elements of your profile.
- You are characterized by a structured and independentway of working and take a solution-oriented approach to problems inthe security-relevant environment.
