WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE?
More specifically, your responsibilities will include :
Manage Inflow of Enquiries
- Timely acknowledgement of customer enquiries
- Inputting of customer enquiries into CRM and managing the enquiry through to close.
- Storing enquiry documents received in appropriate system folders.
- Clarifying customer requirements and timelines as required.
- Interpreting drawings and parts lists to identify a scope of work
- Managing internal and external suppliers to get accurate pricing and lead times
- Directing enquiries for other parts of the CPI Australia business to appropriate persons.
Manage Purchase Order Inflow
- Timely processing of customer purchase orders
- Contact customers to discuss and amend any accuracy issues on their order forms.
- Enter spares orders into our ERP system.
- Cross check and reconcile purchase order and CRM data and update as required to ensure data accuracy before closing opportunities.
- Directing orders for other parts of the CPI Australia business to appropriate persons.
Data Management
- Ensure data for open tenders in CRM is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure data for won projects in CRM matches the customer order details.
- Produce / update reports from CRM.
- Updating data in other support databases as required.

Essential skills & experience
Requirements
Minimum studies : Higher Degree Training Cycle in Administration
Minimum experience : At least 2 years
Required language : English - Intermediate level (spoken and written).
Higher level office automation (Excel).
Communicative, proactive, results-oriented candidate, with analytical and methodical capacity.
