As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing department of Robotics & Discrete Automation in Madrid (Spain), as a key role in the bidding process of this business area.

This position reports to

Sales Manager

Your responsibilities

• Preparation of commercial quotations.
• Management of costs and technical requirements.
• Management of commercial agreements and data bases.
• Documentary management in bidding processes.
• Carrying out programming simulations.
• Supporting the sales team in lead management.

Your background

• Previous professional experience in Sales Support
• Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, RobotStudio, Microsoft Office tools, PowerBI, etc.
• A degree in Robotics/Electronics Engineering is required. M.Sc in Robotics or similar is valued.
• Self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn new technologies.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of English and Spanish is required.
