We have a phenomenal opportunity available as a Key Account Manager in our Retail Commercial team to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! The position is part of the Iberia Business Unit, reports into the Senior Key Account Manager and has a lot of exposure to internal senior partners. In the role, the mission is to nurture relationships and grow sales, starting from a clear understanding of the customer strategy, their shopper and competitive environment.

In brief, you will be responsible for;
- Handling and developing the key customers (hypermarkets, supermarkets & cash and carries)
- Delivering excellent sales fundamentals performance. Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
- Developing, implementing, supervising and evaluating the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements, pricing, new products & innovation listings, and campaign developments).
- Developing long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and supervise and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met.
- Growing the business within own customer/category combination, deliver committed sales, profit growth, & share. Find opportunities through your analytical skills e.g. Nielsen/IRI of GFK.
- Building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business..
Qualifications

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
- College Degree or Master Degree, preferably from a Business School
- At least 3 years’ proven commercial experience in Retail channel, preferably in FMCG Companies.
- Ownership attitude, push to learn through new challenges and capability to drive results and lead independently of age/role
- High proficiency in Spanish and English
- Excellent Excel Skills
