Proclinical are recruiting for a Key Account Manager - Spain to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Spain.

Responsibilities :

  • Form relationships with crucial individuals which include decision making procedures, forming business and clinical networks which assist with medical advocacy and KOL plans.
  • Responsible for developing comprehension of the crucial contacts, organisations and structures that impact product usage.
  • Guarantee that the products are well known and comprehended by suitable medical personnel such that they become available to more of those who need them.
  • Accountable for developing account plans for the products and customers in the location.
  • Look for new prospects to develop product awareness and uptake.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements :

  • Willing to travel for business needs.
  • Familiarity within medical sales as well as in respiratory or ophthalmology which would be beneficial but not necessary.
  • A background in working across various therapy areas simultaneously, with comprehension of medical vocabulary and healthcare practices.
  • Prior involvement in scoping and handling large locations with the impact of enhancing revenue.
  • Comprehension of pricing and reimbursement within the location would be a plus.
  • Acquaintance within sales, with strengths in tactical, methodical management and future needs analysis.
  • Fluency in Spanish with knowledge in the English language.
  • Presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • An agile thinker with the ability to adapt to situations of high-speed change.
  • An individual who is comfortable working within a high-paced and high-workload setting.
  • Capable of resolving multifaceted issues.
  • A confident individual who works well both in a team as well as independently.
  • Results focused with the ability to own accountability for own actions.
  • Capable of influencing decision makers.
