DirecciónResponibilities :
- Key Interface between Product (AF, OF, RF) and IT in regards to our Operating system and related enhancements / user requirements
- Help IT define the necessary workflow and systems requirements definition (. localization needs)
- Coordinate Super & End User Training
- Ensure optimal system usage and thereby deliver high efficiency and service quality
- Ensure efficient support to all operations staff for the respective applications
- Give input for optimization potential (system enhancements) to Product Directors and Head of Freight Forwarding
- Collaborate with and / or support other roles within the OPSX organization with the objective to improve productivity and enhance service quality
Skills and Experiences :
- Minimum 7 years’ management experience within Freight Forwarding Industry, preferably with a strong focus on business process optimization
- Excellent knowledge of all used IT systems / applications as well as of business processes
- Solid experience in process engineering, continuous improvement methodologies & performance management
- Strong operator with profound understanding of operating systems
- Training and presentation experience, social & communication skills
- Solid understanding of operational metrics and KPI’s
