Shiji Distribution Solutions, a leading provider of technological solutions to the hospitality industry, is looking for a dynamic and skilled Marketing Specialist to join our central marketing team based in our Barcelona office.
This role is essential in driving our marketing efforts, extending into lead generation, and playing a vital part in our community management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- General Marketing : Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance our industry presence, promote our brand and our technology solutions within the hospitality industry, ensuring our products are positioned uniquely and compellingly.
- Lead Generation : Implement innovative tactics to generate leads, including digital campaigns, events, and partnerships, tracking performance and optimizing strategies for the best outcomes.
- Community Management : Engage with our community through social media, forums, and other platforms, building strong relationships with our users and stakeholders.
- Content Creation : Utilize Figma and PowerPoint to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials and presentations in line with the creative team’s direction.
- Copywriting and Communications : Craft compelling copy for various marketing channels, including websites, press releases, and social media, that resonates with our target audiences.
- Partnership Marketing : Identify and develop partnership opportunities to enhance our market presence and drive mutual growth.
Qualifications
- Experience : Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the hotel technology industry, demonstrating a successful track record in brand marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, lead generation, and community engagement.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Figma and PowerPoint for the creation of marketing materials. Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Community Building : Experience in managing online communities, with the ability to engage positively and foster relationships.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to create engaging content for a variety of channels.
Experience in press release writing and partnership marketing is highly desirable.
- Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Team Collaboration : Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively within the marketing team and collaborate across departments.
- Language : Fluent in English, including written, is a requirement. This is essential for effective communication within our global team and with our international clients.
- Location : Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona to work closely with the central Marketing team.
