Payroll Specialist German Speakers

We seek a candidate who possesses proficiency in the German language and has a background in German payroll, familiarity with German social security and taxation regulations, and a track record of working with collective bargaining agreements in a German context.

Tasks

• Delivering timely and accurate payroll services, ensuring that timelines are met per schedule and finance and audit requests are addressed
• Performing root-cause investigation using performance data, identifying performance gaps to define any issues and informing of operations improvements
• Reporting : Produce ad hoc reports, create, and schedule regular standard report delivery to business, conduct and improve reporting to ensure reliability, validity and integrity of the data used in management reporting and investigation.

Ensure manual reports are stored and are well- organized

• Adding value : Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests while exploring opportunities to add value to services.
• Suggest process improvements that can streamline and improve customer service
• Deliver outstanding customer service daily to both external and internal customers

Requirements

• Fluent in German and communicative in English
• At least 3 years experience working in German Analyst HR Services
• Knowledge of German social security and taxation
• Previous experience in German payroll
• Ability to work with liberty and within respect of deadlines
• Must be able to work well with internal and external teams in a collaborative, diverse, international and fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized with good inquiring and problem-solving abilities
