DirecciónThe Green Recruitment Company is in the search of a Quality Manager to work for an leading IPP to work in their offices in Madrid.
Our customer has a pipeline of more than 20 GW of utility scale projects to work in their BESS and PV projects.
Responsibilities :
Create and execute the Quality plan definition in all stages of the project from BD to EPC, Finance and O&M.
Ensuring that the projects the projects and the development platforms complies with Quality plan.
Coordinate with the Corporate Procurement Manager in the next tasks : technical specifications definition with the contractors suppliers, proposal evaluation and negotiation with suppliers and contractors.
Supervision of the quality procedures and standards during construction in coordination with the Project Manager during pre-construction and construction phases.
Advise and support to the AM team in the projects in Operation and manage the warranties management for defects arisen.
Coordination with technical service providers including Quality auditors and consultants, Owners Engineers, among others.
Supporting other team members in Quality matters and issues and other stakeholders.
Qualifications :
More than 8 of experience developing Quality functions and projects in solar and BESS projects in the the development, EPC and O&M projects in Europe.
Audit and Control relevant experience.
Interpersonal skills, results orientation and ability manage and work successfully with many stakeholders.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction or similar.
Have strong negotiation skills and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage several projects at the same time with independence and willingness to travel across Europe.
Fluent English language is a must and Spanish, Italian, French or Greek is a plus.
