We're looking for a Remote Sales Development Representative to join our team and help the business grow.
As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and generating leads for our company. You will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline, as well as performing outbound cold emails to set up appointments with prospects.
With a focus on Sales Development, you'll have the opportunity to hone your skills in prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.
This is a fully-remote freelance position, so you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and with your own schedule.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as social media, online research, and company databases
- Qualify leads by conducting thorough research and understanding their business needs and pain points
- Perform outbound cold emails to reach out to prospects and initiate conversations
- Set appointments and follow up on leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and conversations in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve the overall sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Development or inside sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and engage with prospects over email
- Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet and exceed targets
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Availability to work remotely and flexible working hours
- Proactive, flexible, and a collaborative team member
- English native speaker or equivalent
