Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support the talent strategy in the Western Europe (WEEU) cluster, specifically taking care of HQ recruitments for Spain, Portugal and France.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will support Talent Acquisition Manager in provising best in class candidate experience in management of the strategic, full cycle recruitment process.
You will coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
You will post and promote jobs utilizing various sites to drive a diverse candidate pool including using social media. You will conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications and compensation requirements.
You will collaborate with management throughout recruitment and selection process, identify and resolve any obstacles that may arise.
You will research, suggest and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
MORE ABOUT YOU
You speak Spanish and English fluently.
You have a human ressources degree or equivalent.
You have first experience in recruitment. You are recognised for your great communication skills and ability to partner, collaborate, and build relationships.
You know how to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
