Purpose of the role :

For this role you’re passionate about taking the Continental Europe Training organization to the next level, by continuous improvement and managing processes.

You will support the Training team members in how to operate at their best. If you are a problem-solver, analytical and a real team player then you might be who we’re looking for!

Location : remote but ability to commute to local BSI office when necessary ( Madrid- Milan- Paris - Warsaw- Frankfurt- Amsterdam)

Main responsibilities :

  • Design and implement new training operational model in the Continental Europe Region.
  • Optimize processes, propose and define development directions together with product development team in line with BSI strategy, customer satisfaction expectations and product portfolio.
  • Continuous Improvement evaluate current processes, to eliminate issues and identify possible efficiency increases, including automation, and synergies identified in the process flow.
  • Monitor progress, by implementing proper KPIs, to ensure compliance with key objectives and defined performance plan, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Co-operate / support closely with the CE Training Team to understand customer requirements and priorities.
  • Deliver internal training, planned and ad-hoc to all interested parties, in accordance to all new strategic BSI initiatives, to ensure better processes understanding and improvement within CE Training Team.
  • Support CE training operation team on a daily basis.
  • Inspire, mentor and provide guidance to CE Training operation team towards top performance.
  • Develop and maintain proper relationships within BSI and BSI CE Training Team.

To be successful in this role :

  • At least 5 years of previous experience in an operational and process driven role within a target-led commercial organization.
  • Service industry experienc; experience with products is not applicable for this position,.
  • Previous experience in training services will be an asset.
  • Previous experience with line managing a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, professional knwoledge of an additional European language will be an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to digest large amounts of information and react effectively to urgent situations.
  • Client centric attitude, problem solving, flexibility, empathy, energy.
  • Analytical thinking approach.
  • Experience of using a CRM system in a previous role. Salesforce knowledge will be an asset.
