The Württ. Verwaltungs- und Wirtschafts-Akademie e. V. is an adult education institution and is one of the largest providers of further education in Baden-Württemberg.
We offer a comprehensive range of courses, seminars and conferences for administration and business.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT :
- Operation, maintenance and updating of the existing seminar and document management systems ANTRAGO & ELO
- Support with the integration of ANTRAGO & ELO into existing business processes and optimization of processes
- First & second level support for ANTRAGO & ELO and coordination with manufacturer support if necessary
- User training for ANTRAGO & ELO
YOU BELONG IN THE TEAM IF YOU :
- have successfully completed training in the field of IT or have a comparable qualification or degree.
- ideally already have professional experience in the IT environment.
- preferably have already become familiar with the ELO document management system and can use it.
- have good knowledge of the administration of Windows servers, Microsoft SQL servers and MS Office.
- Independence, flexibility and commitment - if necessary also on weekends - are not just buzzwords.
- have a strong service and customer orientation.
- want to make a difference in a team.
