- Define the commercial strategy for the different sectors and clients. Report all the information and KPI status to headquarters.
- Achieved marketing and sales targets. Lead the team to continuously challenge and achieve the sales and margin targets.
- Oversee that the local marketing strategy is consistent with the company's sales policy and objectives.
- Market control. New customer development and market development, target customer research, entry and achievement; maintain excellent customer relationship, win customer trust through market visit and after sale maintenance.
- Lead and develop the team.
Perfil Buscado (H / M / D)
- We are looking for a person with a 8-10 years of experience leading sales teams.
- We need experience in the industrial environment (sales B2B). Although it's not mandatory, the knowledge of the painting industry will very valued.
- The candidate should be in use to sell added value products.
- We also need experience having worked for a multinational and international company.
