Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact working as a Business Development Manager will be :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare sector to promote our interoperability solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in healthcare organizations.
- Understand clients' needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions to meet their interoperability requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, our products, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our healthcare interoperability solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide regular feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.
Requirements
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field or relevant experience.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or health IT.
- Experience as a business developer / market access in healthcare companies with a focus of system integration.
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards and challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English , both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel as needed.
