Lockers and PUDOs represent a small percentage of e-commerce deliveries in Iberia today, but the desire for greater sustainability and more convenient solutions for consumers are creating a strong need for alternatives to classic "home" deliveries.
InPost is revolutionizing logistics services through a strong expansion of our network of automated Lockers and PUDOs.
As the Tech Support person in Spain, you will play a key role in providing technical support to our colleagues across the Spain market, in collaboration with colleagues from across all our other spaces including Italy, Portugal, France, the UK and Poland
Your responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Triage and prioritize support tickets or calls based on urgency and impact, ensuring adherence to service level agreements in local region and others when needed.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Maintain and contribute to knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with peers across all spaces within the InPost Group.
- Conduct user training and education sessions, offering guidance on software applications, network resources, and information security best practices
- Assist in hardware and software setup, including workstation deployment, OS installation, user account configuration, and software installation / upgrades.
- Oversee the purchase of devices for employees and partners, maintaining an accurate inventory that tracks new additions, and replacements, ensuring policy compliance.
- Assist with PDA configurations and deployments across the Iberian and Italian regions.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Spanish. Italian / Portuguese will be a plus.
- Excellent customer care skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with ITSM platforms.
- Knowledge of operating systems : Windows and Mac OS. Linux a plus.
- Knowledge of Android and iOS.
- Ability to identify and solve hardware problems, which may include : servers, desktops, PCs, printers, mobile phones and network devices.
- Strong understanding of how SLAs work.
- Ability to prioritize and organize your work in multi-tasking environments.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously.
- Deep passion for technology and predisposition to learn new skills and grow professionally.
- Related technical studies and Microsoft Certified Desktop Technical Support (MCDST) will be considered as an asset
- ITIL v4 will be considered as an asset
- Scripting (Python, Powershell, VB) will be considered as an asset
